For the Oats
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
For the Pumpkin Layer
- 1 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
To Make the Oats
Add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cacao, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to an airtight container. Whisk together and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
