Hydrating Cherry-Grape Lemonade Smoothie

Juicy grapes, tart montmorency cherries, fresh lemon juice, dates, and filtered water yield a tart yet sweet smoothie that's just as thirst-quenching as it is flavorful. The perfect smoothie for a hot and steamy summer day.

  • 2 cups frozen montmorency tart cherries
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes
  • ¾ cup filtered water
  • 2 to 4 soft pitted medjool dates, depending on desired level of sweetness*
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice


  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.


*If your medjool dates are firm (as opposed to soft and gooey) and you're not using a high-speed blender (e.g., Vitamix or Blendtec), soak them in hot water for 30 minutes before blending.
