Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, plant-based, Vegan
(24-ounce) smoothie or 2 (12-ounce) smoothies
frozen montmorency tart cherries
seedless red grapes
2 to 4
soft pitted medjool dates, depending on desired level of sweetness*
fresh lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
*If your medjool dates are firm (as opposed to soft and gooey) and you're not using a high-speed blender (e.g., Vitamix or Blendtec), soak them in hot water for 30 minutes before blending.
