  • 2 ripe and speckled bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • teaspoon ground cardamom
  • teaspoon ground cloves
