Simple Greek Dressing

A super simple, tangy vinaigrette that's perfect for pouring over a bed of crisp veggies and greens.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 1 minute, or until emulsified.
