1 ½cupsfrozen cherries
1green apple, peeled, cored and roughly diced
½cupcoconut water
2tablespoonfresh lime juice*
2dates, pitted
¼cupice, optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

*2 tablespoons is the juice from approximately 1 medium lime.
