Refreshing Cherry-Lime Smoothie

A refreshing and hydrating blend of frozen cherries, green apple, coconut water, lime juice, and dates. This smoothie is sweet with just the right amount of tartness.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen cherries
  • 1 green apple, peeled, cored and roughly diced
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice*
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup ice, optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

Notes

*2 tablespoons is the juice from approximately 1 medium lime.
