Homemade Italian Dressing

Ingredients

  • cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons white vinegar, white wine vinegar, or red wine vinegar, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon filtered water
  • ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend on high until emulsified. Alternatively, add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until emulsified. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
