Lemony Avocado Sauce
Creamy avocado is blended with fresh lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to create a silky, tangy plant-powered sauce.
Servings: 4 –6
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, smashed and peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or more, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Add the flesh of the avocado, filtered water, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, and pepper to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for 2–3 minutes, or until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate until ready to serve the lentil cakes.
