This fresh & frothy pineapple cilantro smoothie is a simple and refreshing blend of frozen bananas, fresh pineapple, kale, cilantro, coconut milk, and a bit of ice (to up the froth-factor). Its flavors lean toward summer, and it offers an abundance of vitamin c, manganese, vitamin k, vitamin a, B6, and potassium.
