Glowing Green Mango & Kale Smoothie

Baby kale, fresh mango, ice, almond milk, medjool dates, and almond butter are blended to smooth and creamy perfection in this glowing green mango & kale smoothie. This vegan green smoothie packs a punch of healthy fats, plenty of feel-good greens, and a boost of vitamin c.

  • 1 1/2 loosely-packed cups baby kale*
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh mango chunks (about 1 mango)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 to 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter


  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.


*If you're new to green smoothies or fearful of kale, try substituting baby spinach.
