Superseed Cilantro Pesto

loosely-packed cilantro leaves, tough stems removed

baby arugula
(optional)

shelled hemp seeds

raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

cold-pressed olive oil

filtered water*

fresh lime juice

Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process for 1 minute or until a thick and creamy pesto develops, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
