Raspberry-Lemonade Fizz Smoothie
This smoothie is light, refreshing, and effervescent. It relies on just a few simple ingredients, but don't judge a smoothie's nutritional prowess by the size of its ingredient list. One serving (i.e., ½ the recipe) of this raspberry lemonade fizz smoothie packs 112% daily value of vitamin c, 4 grams of plant-based protein, 18 grams of dietary fiber, and 20% daily value of potassium. Since it's naturally sweetened with fiber-rich dates, this smoothie provides a slow, sustained energy boost. Dates are also rich with potassium—containing 50% more potassium by weight than bananas—so this smoothie naturally assists in post-workout muscle recovery, too.
